Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pounds zucchini, sliced thin
2 cups carrots, grated
1 small onion, grated
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper
1 stick of butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
Preparation

Cook zucchini until tender, drain.
Melt butter and mix with herb dressing mix.
Mix zucchini, carrots, onions, soup and salt and pepper.
Place 1/2 of dressing mix in bottom of deep casserole dish.
Pour zucchini and carrot mixture over herb mix.
Cover with rest of herb mix.
bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. (Can cover with foil for 30 minutes, then uncover.)
