Parsley Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium red potatoes (about 2 1/2 lb.)
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place potatoes and water in 2-quart casserole; cover. Microwave on High (100%) until fork-tender, 12 to 15 minutes, stirring after half the time.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
