Country Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar (add more sugar if you like a sweeter taste)
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl; mix well.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Add wet mix to dry mix and stir until moistened.
    Pour into a well-greased 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until tester comes clean.
