Jo-Ann'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. thinly chopped apples
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Gradually add 2 cups sugar to oil and cream well.
Add 3 eggs and beat.
Mix flour and remaining dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture and beat to combine.
Add apples and nuts.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
