1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/3 c. oleo
1 egg, beaten
4 tsp. milk
3 c. raw diced rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oleo
Preparation

For crust, mix flour, baking powder and powdered sugar in a medium bowl.
Cut in oleo until it forms coarse crumbs.
Add egg and milk; stir until a ball forms.
Pat into a greased 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
Place rhubarb in crust; sprinkle with Jell-O.
In small bowl, mix the 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1/3 cup oleo together until crumbly.
Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Allow to cool until firm.
