Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
4 halved chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs
melted butter
Preparation

Cut in bite-size pieces, cook broccoli in chicken broth until tender.
Arrange in greased dish as follows:
broccoli, then chicken (mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice together).
Pour over chicken and broccoli.
Use a little milk to make mixture pour better.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Top with Ritz crackers and butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
