Tex-Mex Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. Martha White's yellow corn meal mix
    1 can (8 1/2 oz.) cream-style corn
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Grease 8-inch square baking pan. Combine all ingredients in order listed; blend well.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
