Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken
2 c. bread crumbs
3 c. chicken broth
4 eggs
1 c. cooked regular rice (not instant)
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning or sage
Preparation

Cook chicken; pick off from bones.
Cut in small to medium pieces. Mix in rest of ingredients.
Pour in greased pan, 2-inches deep. Bake 45 minutes or 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
