Marshmallow Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butterscotch bits
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. burnt sugar extract
    1 egg
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chocolate bits
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt butterscotch bits and butter in saucepan, stirring constantly.
    Cool and add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, flavorings and egg.
    Fold in marshmallows, chocolate bits and nuts. Spread into 9-inch square pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    The center will be jiggly, but becomes firm with cooling.
