Oven "Fried" Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg
    1 can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced scallions
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
    Beat egg with a fork in a medium-size bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Shape in eight 1/2-inch thick patties.
    Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides.
