Blueberry Muffins(Yields 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. oil or applesauce
    1 c. blueberries
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease bottom of 12 muffin cups.
    Beat egg.
    Stir in milk, blueberries and oil or applesauce.
    Stir in remaining ingredients until moist.
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
