Pineapple Upside-Down Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 small or 1 large can pineapple (crushed)
1 white cake mix
Preparation

Melt 1 stick butter in oblong cake pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter.
Top with pineapple (drained).
Prepare white cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over mixture in cake pan.
Bake for 30 to 38 minutes or until knife stuck in middle comes out clean.
Invert on cake sheet and serve.
