Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in an electric skillet.
    Set heat control to 280\u00b0; bring to boil.
    Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Turn off heat.
    Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
    Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended.
    Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Yield:
    2 pounds.
