Fish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. whitefish
    1/4 c. water
    salt and pepper
    onion flakes or celery seed
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Precook fish 10 minutes in water, salt, pepper and onion flakes or celery seed.
    Mix Ritz crackers, crumbled, with margarine and cheese.
