Artichokes "Iced" With Caviar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.; drained weight) cans artichoke hearts, well drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 to 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
2 (2 oz.) jars black caviar, drained
fresh parsley to garnish, chopped
Preparation

Cut drained artichokes into small pieces.
Drain again.
Mound artichokes in the center of large serving platter.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and onion.
Beat until smooth. \"Ice\" (spread) artichoke mound with cream cheese mix.
Sprinkle caviar on top.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve with butter flavored crackers.
