Breakfast Blizzard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 medium banana, sliced
1/4 c. apple or orange juice
1/4 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
2 ice cubes
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth, about 45 seconds.
Pour into 12-ounce glass and enjoy.
