Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 onions
    1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
    2/3 c. half and half
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients, pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
