Poppy Seed Crescents - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. divided flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese
1/4 c. honey
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
3 tsp. flour
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Combine 1 cup flour, whole wheat flour, yeast and salt in large mixing bowl, stirring well.
Combine skim milk, water, cottage cheese, honey and margarine in a small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until oleo melts; stir occasionally.
Cool to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
Gradually add liquid mixture to flour mixture, beating well at high speed of electric mixer.
Beat an additional 3 minutes at medium speed.
Gradually add remaining 2 1/4 cups flour to make a firm dough.
