Sorghum Crinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sorghum
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine oil and 1 cup sugar in a large bowl.
    Add egg; beat well. Stir in molasses. Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and ginger.
    Add to molasses mixture. Stir well.
    Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll each in remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
    Place 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove to wire rack to cool. Yields about 4 dozen.
