Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried basil
    8 oz. spaghetti
    1 to 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion and garlic; drain.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushroom stems and spices.
    Bring to a boil; cook 20 to 25 minutes.
    Break spaghetti and cook as directed.
    Place half spaghetti in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Add Mozzarella cheese.
    Top with meat, then 1/2 spaghetti and meat.
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
