Banana Cake(2 Batches) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar (white)
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
8 tsp. boiling water
2 c. mashed bananas
4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder (Levals)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add beaten eggs.
Dissolve soda in boiling water and add mashed bananas.
Sift baking powder, flour and salt.
Add alternately with banana mixture and add vanilla last.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes in a greased pan.
