Hot Cross Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. undiluted Carnation milk
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. undiluted Carnation milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt into medium bowl.
    Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
    Beat together eggs, oil and 2/3 cup unvaporated milk.
    Pour into well and beat with wooden spoon first until flour is moistened.
    Stir in raisins.
    Spoon into buttered muffin tins, filling cups 2/3 full. Bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
    Remove from tins. Cool 5 minutes.
    Combine powdered sugar and remaining unvaporated milk.
    Drain over top of muffins to form a cross.
