Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick softened butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large bananas)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together first 4 ingredients and set aside.
    Cream together sugar and butter.
    Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream and mix well.
    Fold in mashed bananas. Add dry ingredients and mix until well moistened.
    Spray a 4 x 9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
    Mix together the remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle half on the bottom of the pan.
    Pour in the batter.
    Sprinkle the other half of sugar mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Spread a couple of slices of bread with peanut butter for a new twist on an old favorite.
    You can also add apple slices, raisins, honey, sliced bananas or marshmallow cream for something different your kids will love.
