Easy Venison Jerky - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. venison, cut into 1/8-inch slices
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/4 c. seasoned salt
1/8 c. pepper
Preparation

Saute venison in a bowl for 24 hours.
Add enough water to cover the meat.
Cook on grill on low heat.
Add favorite hard wood for flavor.
If none is available, use liquid smoke to taste and add more salt to saute to preserve meat.
