Seven Seas Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 can flaked tuna
    1 can corn or 1 pkg. frozen peas
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients
    and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
    Put 1/2 of this mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Layer the rice, tuna and vegetables.
    Put the rest of the first mixture over the top.
    If desired, add grated cheese to the top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
