Scalloped Potatoes And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    milk
    1 pkg. Eckrich smoked sausage
    salt to season
    pepper to season
    flour to season
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice 1/4-inch thick into 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer with seasonings as you go.
    Season each layer with salt and pepper and sprinkle lightly with flour.
    When potatoes are completely layered, pour milk over them to nearly cover them. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Put sausage on top and cook for 30 minutes more.
