Charlotte'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, separated
pie crust
Preparation

Place milk and margarine in saucepan over low heat.
Sift sugar, flour and cocoa together.
Separate eggs.
Beat the
yolks and add 1/2 cup of milk.
Beat and pour into dry ingredients. Pour mixture into saucepan mixture.
Stir until thick.
Add vanilla.
Pour into baked pie crust.
