Good And Easy Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. (Dough handles better if it is kneaded a few times.)
    Divide in half and pat out on 2 greased 10 or 12-inch pizza pans or use on large baking sheet.
    Let dough rise for about 1/2 hour.
    Then spread with tomato sauce and toppings of your choice.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until browned (15 to 20 minutes).
