Cheese And Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, flaked
    1/4 c. cheese, diced
    1/2 c. cream
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon and flake.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Shape into buttered loaf pan.
    Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
    Serve with a cream sauce or creamed peas.
