Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 stick melted butter or margarine
    1 can consomme
    1 c. regular rice
    1 c. onion soup
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole use melted butter to coat sides of dish or use Pam to reduce calorie content.
    Mix remaining ingredients in dish, bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
