Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
6 eggs
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar and water in a saucepan and boil until it threads off tip of spoon.
Separate the eggs and beat egg whites until stiff.
Slowly add sugar mixture to whites, then add beaten egg yolks.
Add sifted dry ingredients slowly.
Just fold in, don't overbeat!
Then put into an ungreased angel food pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Invert pan and allow to cool on pan.
