Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. corn meal
3 eggs (unbeaten)
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
9-inch pastry
Preparation

Mix sugar and corn meal with fork.
Add remaining ingredients. Beat until thoroughly blended.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cook at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
