Salsa Verde Cruda - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. tomatillos or green tomatoes, quartered
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 green pepper, quartered
    1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2 serrano or jalapeno pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in food processor until firmly chopped. Spoon some sauce on top of chilled mussels.
    Makes 1 cup.
