Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 c. margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. sugar or to taste

Preparation

Mix beaten eggs and sugar together; add potatoes.
Mix in margarine and other ingredients, one at a time, and mix well.
Put in a casserole dish.
Top with marshmallows.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until marshmallows melt and turn brown.
