Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can green Ortega chili peppers
1 (7 oz.) can green Ortega salsa
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
4 eggs
1 large can condensed milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Grate cheeses and mix.
If using whole peppers, they must be washed and drained (remove seeds).
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour and salt together.
Use a very large shallow casserole or two smaller ones.
Put half cheese mixture in dish.
Layer peppers, then add remaining cheese.
Pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Add salsa sauce on top and bake 15 minutes more.
