Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium-size green tomatoes
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    allspice
    butter
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Peel and cut tomatoes into small pieces.
    Mix sugar and flour together and sprinkle over tomatoes.
    Add vinegar.
    Mix.
    Sprinkle a pinch of allspice in mixture.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
