Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
3 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
4 c. fresh bread cubes (6 slices)
3/4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine butter and bread cubes.
Mix well and set aside. Combine eggs, sugar and milk.
Beat with electric mixer until just blended.
Add bread cube mixture and pineapple, stirring well. Pour into lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
