No Meat Stuffed Peppers(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers
    1/3 c. sliced onion
    garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Remove seeds from peppers.
    Parboil for 5 minutes.
    Drain and place in baking dish.
    Saute onion and garlic powder in margarine. Stir in 1 can tomato sauce, cooked rice, 1 cup cheese and oregano.
    Spoon into peppers.
    Cover with can of tomato sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and bake until melted.
