Schrafft'S Chicken Ala King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    dash of paprika
    2 c. hot chicken stock
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut into strips
    1 c. mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. pimentos
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour and paprika.
    Blend, adding slowly and stirring, hot chicken stock, heavy cream and milk which has been scalded.
    Cook 5 minutes over low heat, stirring.
    Remove from heat and add chicken, pimentos and mushrooms that have been sauteed in margarine and eggs that have been slightly beaten. Serve on toast.
