Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2-inch strips
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. each salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
    4 tomatoes, quartered
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown strips of steak in oil.
    Add onions, soy sauce, sugar, seasonings, green peppers, tomatoes and 1/2 cup water.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Add cornstarch with a little water and cook until all ingredients are tender.
