Tuna Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (No. 1) can whole tomatoes and liquid, crushed
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (13 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can chicken broth
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 c. white rice, cooked
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large pot and add onion, fresh pepper and garlic.
    Saute for about 5 minutes.
    Combine flour and chicken broth; mix thoroughly.
    Add to onion mixture, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes and seasonings; bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
