Kathleen'S Light Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. pumpkin
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then combine the other ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells (makes 2 or 3, sometimes 4, according to size of pie shells).
    Sprinkle tops with cinnamon.
    Bake 5 minutes in moderate hot oven, 450\u00b0.
    Turn to slow 350\u00b0 or 375\u00b0 and bake approximately 40 minutes.
