Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg yolk (save egg white)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together the oleo and sugar.
Mix together in separate bowl the flour, cinnamon, egg yolk and vanilla.
Mix the two mixtures together and place on greased cookie sheet in even layer. Beat egg white stiff and add 1 teaspoon water. Spread over dough. Top with chopped nuts.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cut in desired shapes when warm.
