Chicken Cranberry Layer - cooking recipe

1 pkg. gelatin
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 lb. can whole cranberries
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. gelatin
1/4 c. water
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
pepper
2 c. diced chicken
1/2 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Dissolve 1 package gelatin in water over low heat.
Add the cranberries, pineapple and lemon juice.
Chill in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch pan until firm.
