Best Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. liquid Butter Buds
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Egg Beaters
    4 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Blend together with hand mixer the liquid Butter Buds, sugar, Egg Beaters and vanilla.
    Alternate adding a little flour and then a little milk.
    Keep alternating until you have added all the flour and milk.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold egg whites into cake mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a Bundt pan sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
    Serves 10 to 12.
