Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. melted butter
lingonberry sauce
powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs until very light.
Add half the milk.
Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
Stir into the egg mixture.
Add remaining milk, cream and butter.
Bake in large cakes on hot griddle.
Place sauce on the cake; roll up and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Or bake silver-dollar size; top with sauce and sprinkle with sugar.
