Georgetown Broccoli Pecan(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh broccoli, untrimmed
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Trim broccoli flowerets into 1/2-inch buds.
    Trim off tough ends and discard.
    In a wide skillet or wok, heat oil.
    Add the garlic and pecans.
    Saute until pecans are lightly browned 2 to 3 minutes.
    Lift pecans from oil with slotted spoon.
    Drain and set aside.
