Overnight Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 envelopes Dream Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix crackers, nuts and baking powder.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat egg whites, adding sugar gradually until thick.
    Add vanilla. Fold in cracker mixture.
    Bake in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 300\u00b0 until lightly brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool completely.
