Thank You Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 medium potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can vegetable soup
salt and pepper
Preparation

In large skillet brown ground beef and drain grease.
Cut onion into small pieces.
Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
Layer potatoes, ground beef, onion and soups in casserole dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
