Five Decker Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced onion
    celery salt
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sliced potatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and line the bottom of a skillet. Shape hamburger into patties and place on top of bacon.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    On top of this place sliced onion, potatoes and carrots in order.
    Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper. Place parsley on top layer and sprinkle with celery salt.
    Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup water and cover.
    Cook on low heat for 35 to 40 minutes.
